DF-GEN-01-TP-01 / DRAFT-1 Configuration and component identification Inert model/approved training fixture only. Not an OEM operating SOP, service release or competence certificate. Objective: Recognise the assigned concept configuration and name its components before practising a sequence. 1. Confirm the concept boundary Read DF-GEN-01 / DEMO-01. Use the inert concept model or a separately approved training fixture only. Component: HOUSING Expected: The configuration and exercise boundary are stated. 2. Locate the access door Select the named service door and inspect its hinge relationship. Component: DOOR Expected: Door and housing are distinct components. 3. Count retaining assemblies Identify upper and lower retaining assemblies. Confirm exactly two independent housing-side pivots. Component: CLIP_UPPER Expected: Two named retaining assemblies; no duplicated cover hardware. 4. Identify the cover and support Locate the round cover and its fictional support carriage in inspection view. Component: COVER_SUPPORT Expected: Cover, support and fixed housing can be distinguished. 5. Inspect training A Locate the correct training cartridge and the source view showing it seated. Component: ELEMENT_A Expected: A identity remains consistent across the source and model. 6. Compare profile B Compare B’s differing end profile without placing B in the housing. Component: ELEMENT_B Expected: The mismatch is described; B remains outside. 7. State the stop condition An unknown configuration or incompatible profile is a HOLD for instructor/source review. Component: ELEMENT_B Expected: Progression stops before a forced fit. 8. Record what is known Use the exercise record to note configuration, sources, observed parts and remaining questions. Component: HOUSING Expected: No instrument reading or equipment service status is invented.
