DF-GEN-01-TP-02 / DRAFT-1 Supported cover and cartridge-path rehearsal Inert model/approved training fixture only. Not an OEM operating SOP, service release or competence certificate. Objective: Inspect the rigid model relationships and supported path; this is not an operating instruction. 1. Begin with identification Complete the configuration/component exercise and state the inert-model boundary. Component: HOUSING Expected: Correct fixture and source revision are identified. 2. Inspect access Open the model access-door view. Check the door/fixture relationship visually. Component: DOOR Expected: Door clears the represented support path. 3. Inspect the upper pivot Select the upper retaining assembly and observe that its pivot stays on the fixed structure. Component: CLIP_UPPER Expected: The upper assembly is conserved. 4. Inspect the lower pivot Select the separate lower assembly; the cover remains seated until both represented states have been reviewed. Component: CLIP_LOWER Expected: Two assemblies remain; housing is fixed. 5. Inspect supported separation Move to the axial cover-inspection pose. The support carriage follows the cover. Component: COVER Expected: Cover motion is axial and continuously supported. 6. Inspect the clear position View the cover’s supported rightward inspection position. Component: COVER_SUPPORT Expected: The cartridge axis is clear before A moves. 7. Inspect the cradle Observe the lowered extension and subsequent raised support pose. Component: CRADLE Expected: Support is in place before A is shown withdrawn. 8. Inspect the same A Move toward full inspection spread and follow A along the same axis. Component: ELEMENT_A Expected: The original A stays rigid; B does not move into the housing. 9. Inspect the reverse path Return the inspection slider toward assembly: A returns before supports retract and the door closes. Component: ELEMENT_A Expected: The inverse order is visible; no new cartridge appears. 10. Close the exercise record Record unclear geometry or evidence for a qualified reviewer. Physical fit and release need their own approved source. Component: HOUSING Expected: Model inspection is not recorded as real equipment readiness.
